Meet Your Workshop Facilitator:

LJ (LindaJeanne) is the founder of Prometheus Meditation Workshop and has taught so many people her style of meditation. That style teaches people to feel stress less, enjoy the moment more, and live a life of ease and understanding.

She has enjoyed great success with her one-on-one practice for over forty years. This at-home workshop was developed to help as many people as she can.

Sobriety was introduced to LJ at 20 years old via the 12 steps. This year she has celebrated 41 years working her program. All of her work is influenced by this positive program of action. She hopes to meet you all on the road of happy destiny.

Prometheus Meditation: A Comprehensive 5-Level Meditation Journey to Inner Transformation

Level 1

Please use these tracks for at least 40 days

First track - (21: 53)

(21: 53) This track is the original inner video game. Play the inner game using your mind as a controller, your emotions as the system and your imagination as creator of your level. Calm your mind and move the feelings around your body. Illicit and maintain positive emotions and physical posture. Embody the listening techniques. This work emphasizes aspects of self responsibility, forgiveness, ease of daily routine, and dealing with life on life terms.Please utilize the questions.

Second track - (13:17)

This track delegates time for chores as part of the daily responsibilities. You will listen to much of the same information as on the first track in addition to using a new meditation technique that is slightly more challenging. Get a list of chores to do: Example - make your bed, do and/or put away laundry, neaten your room, do dishes, vacuum, take the trash out, etc. You may be amazed at how much you get done in 13 minutes!

Third track - (26:17)

On this subliminal track you hear ocean waves, and the occasional word. This play this track, the more often you play this track the more likely it’ll be easier for you to embody the meditation techniques.

Level 2

FUEL - please use these tracks daily for at least 21 days. This is where you will challenge yourself to increase your focus. Since there are long periods of silence, you should probably keep the volume low so it doesn’t scare you "back into realization" when you hear speaking again.

FUEL Day - (21: 15)

This helps you get to the deeper part of your mind. We are attempting to get the conscious and the unconscious communicating.

FUEL Night - (7:01)

A sleep induction to help you drift off with positive feelings and thoughts. Please use these tracks daily for at least 21 days.

Level 3

Spark Day - (30:57)

This helps release attachments to people, places and things. Release cravings. Everything is exactly the way it’s supposed to be. Pain is inevitable - suffering is optional.

Spark Night - (5:51)

This may help calm your mind at the end of the day.

Please use these tracks daily for at least 21 days.

Level 4

Engulf Day - (35:47)

This practices focusing your mind.

Engulf night - (6:32)

This helps you practice focusing the mind and just observe what you see. Please use this track daily for at least 21 days. You can always use the other tracks again when you want reminders.

Level 5

Stoke - (45:39)
